This is an adult-sized hat. This fits my head, I am 23, I bought this intending to give it to my 8-year-old nephew. I don't think that's going to happen based on its size. I will account this as user ever the size is listed, but I wish it was made more clear that it is an adult-sized hat As a product I like it. It feels good. Have no complaints over that. Just I don't know what to do with it. Outside of wearing it myself and I don't know how I feel about that. Maybe Halloween Other than that, it's a good hat, it is a lighter blue than you would think from the picture, but not drastically just more than I thought. The biggest problem I had was with shipping. It took a bit of time to show, after a week or two without getting a shipping code I contacted the store and they gave me one that same day so I don't know what happened there but it took about 3 weeks ago to Northeast US
