I took a chance on the size and ordered this as a Halloween costume. The size chart is not completely accurate based on conversion, but I generally wear a size small (sometimes even a children's large) in these types of onesies. I'm also very pregnant, so needed extra space in the abdominal area. Luckily my risk paid off and this fit perfectly (and should continue to fit for all 9 months of pregnancy). It's good quality and super comfortable, though the inseam runs a bit short in the legs and makes for a somewhat odd fit (which you can kind of see in the pictures). This also took a while to get here, as it was international shipping. So glad it made it here in time for Halloween!
